STEP ONE.

Once I get your submission, please be patient. I might need a few days to respond. I will then respond by email to let you know I received your submission and then I text you on the phone number you provided. If the number you wish to use is not a text able phone, not to worry. we will correspond through email in that case to set up the initial call. Either situation we will set up a good time and day to have a conversation over the phone. This is one of my most cherished steps to make. Because it’s the initial meet and the Q&As on both sides. Also, what I believe to be the beginning of what I hope will be the start of a beautiful foundation. For that reason, I don’t like to rush this step. When setting up the future call please give yourself time. I say at least (1 hour), It can be longer or shorter (if you're the get to the point quickly type.) and I am ok with either, again I’m here for you. Most of the correspondents will be by text/Email after the initial conversation NO, I do NOT charge for conversations or communications of any kind during this entire process. I truly want to get to know you and hear your stories and ideas that you have for your passed loved one so that I can create this masterpiece for you. I find It’s so much more personal this way. And honestly you can’t get more personal than creating a truly work of art that the inspiration is heard straight from the mouth from within the heart and souls’ stories. So, make time for that first call and we will figure out the best way to communicate after. Talk soon.

STEP THREE.

Now That the call has been made. It’s time for my imagination to run wild. this is where your ideas, memories and stories you told me start to all come together, and the vision for your URN are now in motion.

Please be advised, I might not be able to get to your project immediately. As each one of my projects do take time. Weeks to Months to create from start to finish. I believe it’s worth the wait.

However, you will know at STEP TWO in the process weather or not you will have to go on a wait list and if so, I will also give you an estimated start date of your project if I can. As you need to know that I am the only person building your URN. I will only follow the first come first serve action as I find it the fairest option in this scenario and that will only change if there is a major delay with a certain order. I am currently working on happens. However, if I am running on time and there is no wait your project can start ASAP.

Once I start your project, this is when I will do research and gather ideas. I will Look for objects, figure out what I will need to make or design, so that I can incorporate them all into your project. After I brainstorm and get an idea of what your piece will consist of. This process can take up to 2 weeks.

I will then contact you and give you some of the build ideas, along with inspiration photos or drawings I’ve made or gathered. Now, obviously it can be hard to imagine just based on these factors, as I do not do any computer rendering. Everything I do is hand-made. But that is where your trust in me will take place. Please Know, that I truly want to give you that wow factor. As you can see on ( my work ) page, there are these inspirational collage photos. After I am given the key elements or must haves needed to incorporate in the design, these will be used as focal points to help with a visual aid.

This process will also give me and idea of what cost might go into making your piece. I will always do my due diligence to make sure I find those perfect pieces, and best possible prices for anything needed. (If I’m not making myself ) Some delays are common, and there has been times that I have ordered something, and it was not the right size or an item I was expecting to be in great condition was not the case. Or description was way off. Vintage items might be a different story of course.

And please know in advance this type of situation will NOT reflect extra cost to you. (that’s what returns/exchanges are for) and my HERO DONORS OF COURSE

I do have a minimum project cost of 3,200. this does not include any special request ordering. Each URN can take 3 -12 weeks to complete. Please Remember that every single URN is put together by hand and created with the upmost RESPECT & HONOR. I work alone and take my time to ensure each URN will last the test of time..

** I can also make PET URNS these would not be as large or extravagant unless that is what you wish to have. The cost for a PET URN will not be the same as a human URN ither … as much as I would love to believe they are equal ;)

Once the Design and estimated Price has been approved by you, I will send you a formal contract this is just a simple description of the elements, materials, supplies and any special request orders that will be involved in making your URN.

At this time/point a 50% or $2,100 non-refundable deposit will be needed to start the process & order the needed materials. This is to ensure that you and I are both committed to this project. As the ordering is custom to your design ONLY. And will not be able to be used for another project. And why the deposit is a must and is non-refundable. Even if you decide to forfeit the agreed/approved contract this deposit cannot be returned as the money will have been spent on the needed materials and supplies regardless if they will be used. This is because, Before the deposit is even made, I Line up any online items in carts, watchlist, or bidding sites from the discussion in STEP THREE. And they are ordered or bided on as soon as the deposit clears. This system works and is to ensure that I will have the proper time frame, and updated prices within view. In case there are any changes that may accrue to create your masterpiece.

An invoice will be sent with the breakdown of possible cost. This can change slightly due to some factors out of my control, like (inventory issues, canceled items and or availably) This can force my hand to change direction. As I don not pre order anything. If that were to happen, and it does from time to time, especially if it’s a hard find. I will always make sure that if the cost is going to be quite different then original agreement, you will be notified. Especially, if I cannot find an alternative. Or if the change is necessary for your approval. I will never just make the decision and charge you for it later without knowledge. You will Always have the ability to request a copy/receipt/invoice of ANY extra paid amounts I incurred over the estimate., especially if it’s for any special orders.

Also, if there are special request or objects that you have personally that you want me to incorporate this will be the time that we will make the arrangements for you to receive a prepaid shipping label so that you can send them to me at no cost to you. Now even though this is an URN you can have the option to have the place where the ashes will be, unsealed this would be for anyone who does NOT wish to send me their loved one’s ashes, and that is completely understandable. I will only seal the ashes inside the piece if they are sent to me so, please know this is an option, ashes are NOT A NECESITY.

*This is highly unlikely HOWEVER, emergencies can happen and if for some reason I am UNABLE to COMPLETE your project after the agreement/approval is made, ANY $Dollar amount that has been paid by you will be returned. And a voided contract will be sent to the EMAIL I have on file. This does not include Delays in time frame as that might be out of my control However if the delay is set to take more then 90 days from the estimated completion project time. If YOU do NOT wish to wait, I would be willing to pay back %50 of the deposit made. However, doing this will forfeit the Project from moving forward. And a cancelled project invoice will be sent to the Email on file.

Now that the approval and deposit are done, this step has the most involvement for us both.

As the ordered objects, materials start to arrive, and the pieces are being made you will have updates weekly on your project’s progress and timeline. You will never feel like you're unsure of where I am in the process. You will also receive picture updates as your piece comes together. There might be times that I may send mockups of the design or items that you can choose desired location (if it’s a possibility) or if I feel it’s necessary before its permanently put in place. I will find out if the area you wish to have the ashes or object to have the ashes put in will be a permeant fixture within the piece, or one that can be removed and have the ability to take with you. As you can see on (my work) page the owl is a bring with piece. Another option is on the bottom of the page, this is a wear piece (a cross neckless urn) This is a multifunctional piece, as it can also be placed on the project itself. It has a magnetic area for securing the Jewelry in place if not being worn. There are options for a relocating piece as well that the ashes can be in multiple places on the artwork itself. all of these options and countless ideas will be a part of what makes your piece custom and a true one-of-a-kind & UNL1KE ANYTH1NG URN. Again no 2 projects will ever be alike. I will also ask for permission to showcase your piece on my work page. will never include personal information strictly just a photo of the finished work of art. This also can show how no matter the number of URNS I create all will be so beautify unique. As your loved one was to you.

Now that we are close to the end of your project, I will send FINAL mockup photos to ensure your wow factor is complete. After this FINAL approval. I will permanently SEAL the ashes and fix all lose ends/mocked up items and do the final detail overview.

I will create an information sheet that will give instructions if needed if your urn calls for any. More than likely there could be lights or features that are not always self-explanatory. And for that reason, I always write a helpful note. if your urn requires mini batteries I will make sure that not only will there be the ones that come in the piece itself, but I will make sure to add an additional set. I will also try my best to convert any AA /AAA battery-operated system into a plug in if it’s possible.

Once that last Photo gets approved, I will then start the secure wrapping and professionally packing your urn to ensure that it will keep its form, keep cool if needed and stay intact during shipping. now I do take all measures to make sure the boxes are packed exceptionally well and labeled with visual notes and stickers but there still seems to be some delivery services that tend to still toss packages around. but I believe that my packing skills will overcome these obstacles. I also get full insurance on every URN through the service provider usually the USPS /UPS and you will have tracking number with any update for you as well. *

Please note I am ONLY servicing the USA.

What a journey, this is the Final step before you receive your URN . whether you are having it shipped, or you are picking it up personally if you live in the FLORIDA area. A final invoice will be sent to you .and you may Seclect your way to pay and as soon as the payment has cleared, I will ship out same or next business day depending on time. Again, you will receive the tracking number to be able to track your package. You will always have my information if you ever have any questions or concerns but I believe this is truly such a wonderful way to finally display your loved one with honor. In a True Hand-made Masterpiece
