Absolutely, I actually encourage this. It does not have to be something you have personally, this can be something I can find or make for you. Obviously, this should go without saying, but you want to keep the items within normal size range to still be able to display. And if it will be something that I need to find, this item will have a full cost amount. As all special orders. but if it is a personal item there is absolutely no charge to incorporate it/them. Anything that you wish to send to me I will be mailing you first a mail bag or box depending on what items you wish to send and a mail label or prepaid shipping label for larger packages. again, remember size and weight will matter so this information I will need.
IS THERE A MINIMUN/MAXIMUN DOLLAR AMOUNT
So, this is that strange question. Because I do actually have a minimum project amount at 3,200. this is because of all the hours/weeks, work, research, hand crafted items that go into the project. I truly take my time, and I really do put every ounce of honor, care and respect into making your piece.
As far as a Maximum Amount, here I would say the sky is the limit. If you want to incorporate lavish items, it will cost whatever the item cost. I will never have a markup on anything that is a special order only what it cost to get it to me or pick it up personally and that is it. So, if you want diamonds, you can have diamonds, gold, jewelry, or any other item that you must have then you will have it. this will be also determined with the initial deposit amount as it will have to cover that cost.
CAN YOU CONTACT ME ANYTIME?
I do live in Florida, so I would just say take mind of the time zone. So, pretty much anytime between the hours of 9am-9pm, I will always be available for you. And any questions or concerns you may have. however, during this process, please know you will never feel left in the dark of progress on your piece. As I will be updating you as your Masterpiece comes together
DO I HAVE TO SEND YOU THE ASHES?
NO, and this I know will always be a touchy subject as we will always have that worry will they make it to me safety? Is it weird that I’m sending them in the mail? I don’t want to risk them being lost or possibly destroyed in transit.
OK, these are all extremely valid concerns, and I completely understand not wanting to send your loved one. So with this situation, I will make sure that the piece that will hold your loved one’s ashes will not be sealed so that when the urn gets to you, you will be able to put them in there forever home. I will have an information guide so that you can place your loved one within the display without any issues. I will always send the items needed to do this. depending on amount of ashes you wish to have in the display.
However, if your piece is not going to have all of the ashes, and you just wanted to have something to display that was not a huge box or obvious vase then I would encourage you to send them. I have never had an issue using PRIORTY USPS MAIL. If this is the way you would like to go, I will send you the proper tools and mail bag for you to send to me.
